Fully-equipped kitchen use (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ....) included in the price. Common bathroom, with windows, with bathtub and shower. The apartment is further endowed with a balcony, with beautiful overlooks onto the green and hills of Fiesole, where it is possible to hang out the laundry and smoke (which is not allowed inside the house). The flat is located on the fourth and last floor (without an elevator - but you can count on help with your luggage and the steps are easy) of a building of the 1900s. It has been finely restored with parquet in every room, double pane windows, armored door, ... Parking on request in a garage close to the flat. Please inform us about your arrival time. Travel information: From the central station (Santa Maria Novella: SMN): If you have bulky luggage, the best solution is by taxi, which employs very few minutes. You can also take the bus, both 1 A in the direction of Il Lapo that 1 B in the direction of Boccaccio, and get off at Madonna della Querce. Via Boccaccio is the second street on your right. As regards other railway stations, the apartment is not far from the station secondary Florence Campo di Marte (CM). From Florence Peretola airport "Amerigo Vespucci": With the shuttle bus takes about twenty minutes to arrive in Central Station. By car: Exit at Firenze Sud, follow the signs to the stadium and then for Le Cure. From Pisa airport: There are frequent both train that bus connections from Pisa to Florence S. Maria Novella station. Travel time is approximately 50 minutes. Car Park: How throughout the city, parking on the street is paid from Monday to Saturday from 8 to 20.
