Casalfarneto

Casalfarneto is an old completely restored stony farmhouse dated 16th century, whose style has been respected. Inside Casalfarneto huge and comfortable small houses have been obtained, each of them with its own entrance, fitted-out kitchen, big bedrooms and bathrooms.

Comune Vecchio

In the upper and oldest part of Assisi, near the Cathedral of San Rufino, there is a completely restructured and evocative apartment, fitted up with style and care respecting old traditions: there is even a part of a medieval wall inside it.

Dono Doni

Small apartment situated in an ancient building right in front of the cathedral of San Rufino. The location of this beautiful stone building is very evocative. The road where the building is situated connects the main entrance of the cathedral to a secondary entrance and ands to the church of St.Clare. The Cathedral of San Rufino has lost its original Romanic style inside, but many frescoes by the painter Dono Doni still remain: in fact the road where these apartment are situated in named “via Dono Doni”.

Metastasio

Leaving Piazza del Comune and going towards Porta San Giacomo you pass through Via San Paolo and reach Via Metastasio, where there is Palazzo Aloigi, dating back to the 16th century. This Palace belonged to the family of the painter Andrea d’Assisi called L’Ingegno, the follower of Pietro Perugino praised by Vasari. Palazzo Spagnoli looks on the square (it was built for Sigismondo Spagnoli in 1925 “The foolish dream over the city…”).

Paradiso

This apartment is situated a few kilometres from the historical centre of Assisi: it has a great view and it is steeped in a quiet atmosphere, among green Umbrian valleys; this is why the old generations called this place “Paradise”.

Residenza d'Epoca San Crispino

From San Crispino Residence, this ancient medieval complex, you can enjoy a superb panoramic view: on your left, the wonderful façade of the Basilica of St. Clare, on your right the evocative view of S. Maria Maggiore, on the back the Dome of Chiesa Nova and St. Rufino Cathedral, on the top, the imposing Rocca Maggiore and, on the front, the green Umbrian valley surrounded by soft rolling hills.
