The house is in the middle of Nervi hills and it’s far away the traffic and the sound of the city because, going along an old “cruza” (a Tipycal hilly path through skirted of stone-wall) You can reach it only by mountain bike, by moto or by foot, walking for 20minutes through olives tree and wood. The propery comprises 7 hectare of land: there is a little vegetable garden, one little square, where it is possible to organize barbcue or otside lunch; there are big gardens equipped for ciltren play and for the grown-ups (game of bowls)
