In the middle of the beautiful umbrian valleys and hills, and with an outstounding panoramic view, between Perugia and Assisi, Castel d’Arno is a completely restored 13th century building, surrounded by incredible rose plants and olives trees, in the midst of which we are building a panoramic swimming pool that will be opened in summer 2007. The country house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc). Moreover we are just minutes away from the S. Egidio Airport, that has recently become a port of call for international lines low cost (Ryanair, etc). Once called Alfani Palace, our country house is part of an old stone town built in the XIIIth century. It stands on top of a hill, between Perugia and Assisi, at an height of 400mt, near the small rural town of Castel d’Arno. This town was once part of the old Roman Municipium of Arna, which included other smaller towns of the area and was considered of great strategic importance on the old Gualdo Tadino/Perugia route. Today the country house, after the restoration jobs, has 5 comfortable and characteristic apartments of several metratures, all with a splendid view of umbrian valleys. La Volpe e l'Uva

The business farm "La volpe e l'uva" is the ancient stone farmhouse and around this are the various farm buildings that have been transformed into 6 charming apartments. Tranquility and a pleasant relaxing stay have been harmonised with the wisely restructured and furnished buildings. The apartments are surrounded by a large furnished garden, with play area for children. Available for the guests: outdoor barbecue, swimming pool and parking.

The selective brickwork, the warm wood panelling and neutral colours reflect autentic Umbrian tradition, and convey a mood of ease and total relaxation. Villa Ada contains modern meeting-rooms for the most varied business-requirements.

Our three charming apartments are: "del Perugino" and "del Pinturicchio that can respectively offer hospitality for 4 guests. On request but without any additional charge is possible rent this apartments respectively for sleeps 4+2. Infact they have a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400s, built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia. Located in open countryside, but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970s. During 2001-2002, the building has once again been refurbished and remodelled into three sumptous apartments, two of which are intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in Umbria.
