Cupra Marittima, a small friendly town of about 5000 inhabitants, is a famous tourist resort on the Marches coast which has been awarded the Blue Flag.

In the summer of 2003 the Castle of St. Andrea was restored and transformed into a spectacular open air theatre.
In the spring of 2003, the splendid 15 km, coastal, cycling track which unites Cupra Marittima, Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, was inaugurated.
The apartment is situated in a quiet quarter just 60 metres from the sea and 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

The apartment is composed of a kitchen, bathroom, corridor, two bedrooms and a garden and can comfortably sleep up to 5 adults.
