Immersed into the green ,and surrounded by century-old olive trees and citrus grove , the Residence CASALE NUNZIATINA is reachable by means of an ancient roman road which is two meters wide for the final 400 meters  . The spot is a total noise free environment , nearby the town center (800 meters ) but away from the city traffic and it is the ideal place to spent your holidays in relaxation and friendly atmosphere Sorrento city center is about few hundreds meters far ,and reachable in ten minutes walking. From there it will be possible to reach the nearby touristy and archeological sites. CASALE NUNZIATINA is the starting point for walking up to the nearby hills for those who love being close to nature. Residence Casale Nunziatina is formed by three independent apartments which are named EDERA, GIGLIO and GARDENIA which are able to accommodate respectively 3, 4 or 5 persons. Each Apartment is including Double Bed Room ,Bath Room with shower and Hair Dryer , Living Room and an ample Cooking Area with all the utensils for self catering. There are also Washing machine ,Oven and LCT TV Color. Independent air conditioning and heating to each apartment. The apartments are organized in such a way to accommodate two couple of friends , sharing the bathroom ,and keeping their privacy. The access to the Residence it is through an indepentent iron gate , electronically controlled, and the Guets will be provided with the key , and the can go in and out as they wish. The apartments are facing 350 sq/meters of garden with tables and chairs where the guests might have their meals ,if they wish. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for relaxation and working the tanning. The Residence has als a guest room ,named ROSA, where the Guests can spent hours chatting , watching TV or reading a book. The Residence is open all the year and special discounts are applied for two weeks stays or longer. From June 1st till August 31st allowed weekly stays , preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Two room independent -35 sq. meters – apartment with bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Provided with a double divan-bed for additional two sleeping. The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine. The apartment is elegantly furnished, with color TV and is provided with an independent heating system, also adequate for winter holidays. Gardenia Apartment : 2 + 3 Breakfast not included Three rooms independent – 45 Sq meters – are formed by a bedroom, living room with barrel vaults, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with independent heating system adequate also for winter holidays. Provided with double divan-bed for additional two sleeping and if required one extra bed. The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine, and color TV. Giglio Apartment : 2 + 2 Breakfast not included Two rooms independently – 40 Sq meters – formed by a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Provided with a double divan-bed for additional two sleeping .The cooking-area has all the cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine, and color TV.

Renting costs are variable according the number of guests and seasonal period. They are  very attactive , anyway !!

 1 ) From June to September weekly rates , or at least 5-6 days

2 ) Booking it is confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the entire amount due . Balance to be paid CASH on arrival.

3)  Check Out : within 1000 hrs   ;  Check In  : After  1400

4)  15 Euro are due for the final cleaning of the apartment.

 1) Nel periodo da Giugno a Settembre  gli affitti saranno settimanali o quantomeno di 5-6 . Resto dell'anno non inferiore ai tre giorni.

2) La prenotazione si riterra' confermata previo versmento di un anticipo del 30% dell'intero soggiorno. Saldo all'arrivo in CASH.

3) Check out  entro le 1000   ; Check in dopo le 1400.

4) Qualunque sia il soggiorno e' richiesto il pagamento di 15 Euro per la pulizia finale.
