The receptive structure is placet to the south of the hystorical center of San Gimignano, about 1,5 Km (5000 ft). The house is also within easy reach walking along “Via Vecchia” an ancient Medieval road surrounded by green fields and rich of panoramic views. The absolute quiet is excellent for a relax holiday in the country. The property has indipendent car access, private parking and a large garden where is bpossible to doing barbecue, solarium or reading. The house was an old country cottage, now restored. The country house is surround by vineyard and olive groves, it is also ideally located to explore the many historic town(40-90 minute) and the sea(60-80 minute). The house has double rooms, twin-bedded rooms, all large and bright, furnish in Toscany stile. The rooms have indipendent bathrooms with shower, phon, frigobar, tv-sat, wi-fi internet, air condition and indipendent heating. In the surrounding property there is agricolture farm where is possible to taste the famous “Chianti” and “Vernaccia” of San Gimignano and also buy wine and biological olive oil.
