Il Patriarca is located in a modern building and all the apartments have a large balcony with a sea view. Il Maestoso is situated on the second floor of one of the most famous "Art nouveau" buildings in Viareggio, which has been completely refurbished. Either at Il Patriarca or at Il Maestoso you'll have the opportunity to spend your holidays thought free in confortable, bright, fully-furnished flats. In our houses the apartments for one or two people include a large living room with choice of one double bed or two single beds, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The apartments which accomodate up to three people have a living room with a dining area and a living area with one single sofa bed. There is also a double bed room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Residence Esplanade

The thirties ran forward. In terms of architecture, essentially was mandatory for the times and the liberty style was a nostalgia of the belle-epoque. The Esplanade was born nostalgic. With its stuccoes and soft curves, its tattler terraces overlooking the multicoloured umbrellas of the Viareggio sea-side, with its waiters in white gloves and porters in livery, lies in a peculiar position, a few steps from the beach and on its back the wonderful “Pineta di Ponente”. The highway exit, at the toll-booth “Versilia” or Viareggio Nord is another important element. Nowadays the Hotel is completely renewed in its functionality, not in its style. It consists of 30 flats which comprehend a sitting room (possibility for cooking), a bathroom and a bed-room. It also includes 14 double rooms furnished with bridge-bar, colour TV SAT, 4 Tele+ channels, radio, air conditioning which can be operated from the bedroom itself. All the flats have a terrace and part of them overlook the beach.
